Pilar, how was the beginning of the Clinic and for what purpose did they carry it out?
There are more and more dentists who are received, offices that are opened and the competition that exists, so we had to find a way to differentiate ourselves from the beginning. We created the Clinic with my husband, Rodrigo Carbajo, graduated as an Engineer and with work experience in universally known companies. Together we seek a formula to provide a different experience.
The purpose was to create an Office with a corporate identity, not only respecting colors, logo, typography and answers, but also generating a pleasant environment so that the patient’s visit is different. With the premise of the “end to end” model, we created DemiDent, seeking to achieve a link from the first time they contact us, having personalized attention, providing all the services to provide solutions and following up until the goal is reached, obtaining as a result a perfect smile.
How do they differ in the dental field?
Our main differential is technology. Dentistry is increasingly evolving towards digitization. We currently have an intraoral scanner to obtain a digital model of the patient’s mouth in 3D and thus be able to perform orthodontics with invisible aligners, surgical guides for implants, digital smile design, muscle relaxant plates and retainers.
What services do you offer to your patients?
We seek to provide comprehensive dentistry, so that the patient can leave the office with a solution. For this we have most specialties: general dentistry, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, surgery, implantology and prosthetics.
What are your goals for the coming years?
Our main challenge is to be able to change the concept of the patient in dentistry. Many people are afraid to go to the dentist due to bad experiences, memories or comments.
Although they may be prejudices, we seek to ask the patient what their personal experience was like in the Clinic and how they can help improve it. What do you value most, what can be changed, how did you feel, what did you think of the visit are some of the questions that help us improve and change this paradigm.
We want to provide more information through different channels, so that people become more familiar with the treatments. This also helps the patient to feel more comfortable, because he knows what is being done to him and generates a better bond with him. Also, continue training and digitizing ourselves to be able to provide solutions of excellence.
