Olsen with “Jalousie”: “How often did we talk about it, at some point we are stars”

Olson released his new single “Jalousie” on Friday. In the past, the rapper has focused more on the songwriting of other musicians. “Jalousie” is intended to be a sensitive hymn to all dreamers who have big goals.

Born in Neuss, Olson celebrated his debut in 2014 with his autobiographical album BALLONHERZ. There the rapper mainly gives insights into his youth at the time. A lot has happened since 2014 – two more albums and several singles followed. His latest album is called OG PLAYLIST and was released in 2020. Olson’s musical style can be located somewhere between romantic melancholy and personal storytelling. As is well known, the rapper has also caused a lot of conversation with his image change: Until 2011 he was on the road under the name Olson Rough.
