Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum embark on a wild jungle adventure in The Lost City. In the comedy, they flee from a crazy billionaire who will stop at nothing to recover the lost city and with it a valuable treasure.
Storyline of “The Lost City – The Secret of the Lost City”
Author Loretta Sage (Sandra Bullock) makes a living writing romance and adventure novels. The focus of her new book is the fictional heroine “Dr. Angela Lovemore” and the main character “Dash”. To promote Sage’s latest work, her publisher, Beth Hatten, insists that Loretta go on a book tour with Dash cover model Alan Caprison (Chaning Tatum). However, during the promo tour, Sage is kidnapped by an eccentric billionaire (Daniel Radcliffe) who hopes she can guide him to the treasure of the ancient lost city from her latest novel. As a result, Caprison sets out to rescue her. The unlikely pair soon find themselves immersed in an adventure in the depths of the jungle.
