Head to head, or rather wheel to wheel, between Leclerc and Sainz on F1 Manager 2022, the new managerial video game of Formula 1.

Last week, F1 Manager 2022 shared the evaluations of the Formula 1 drivers that will be available upon its release. The game, a football manager of the premier class of motorsport, has drawn up a ranking not without surprises, although predictably led by Verstappen and Hamilton. By launching a detailed examination of the ratings of the pilots, Frontier Developments, the English studio that deals with them, has put Leclerc and Sainz one “against” the other, to determine who is better between the two in individual characteristics.

How is Leclerc on F1 Manager 2022? –

The overall evaluation, for the avoidance of doubt, smiles at Leclerc, even if by just one point: the Monegasque is worth 88, while Sainz stops at 87. Leclerc’s best statistic on F1 Manager 2022, due out in August, is braking from 93, and the same can be said for the former McLaren. For the 24-year-old, control from 92, reactions and precision from 91, while the worst parameter is adaptability – estimated at just 71, probably in line with the slightly weak responses in the radio teams -, preceded by a defense of just 73. Perhaps surprisingly, the vote assigned to overtaking, with “only” 86 awarded to one of the best overtakers currently in Formula 1.

Sainz is worth 87 –

Quite similar evaluations for Sainz, who after all falls just one point behind his teammate: the best mark goes to braking from 93, while all aligned on 90 are adaptability, overtaking (four points better than Leclerc) and precision. For the “smooth operator” par excellence, only 79 in smoothnessand this may soon be meme material, but the worst score has been assigned to reactions: 77. Scores that are clearly destined to be debated, especially after the current Formula 1 championship which is giving the two talents a lot of trouble. Ferrari, but isn’t that also why you give the votes to the drivers?
