Pedestrians dying in built-up areas doubled

Last year, 32 pedestrians died in built-up areas in Flanders. That is twice as many as in 2018, writes De Zondag. Flemish MP Annick Lambrecht (Vooruit), who requested the figures from Minister of Mobility Lydia Peeters, calls for a speed of thirty kilometers per hour to be made the norm.
