Continuing the 2nd stage camp activities in Giresun, Giresunspor played a friendly match with Çaykur Rizespor, one of the TFF 1st League teams, at Çotanak Sports Complex.
Onurcan, Zeki, Sergen, Alezis Perez, Alper, Traore, Murat Cem, Doğan Can, Hayrullah, Sergio and Bajic took the field with 11 of the green-whites under the management of Coach Hakan Keleş.
Çaykur Rizespor, under the management of Coach Bülent Korkmaz, took the field with 11 of them Tarık, Alberk, Emirhan, Bahadır, Gökhan, Koray, Sefa, Papa, Benhur, Bolasie and Miya.
In the first half of the match, Çaykur Rizespor brought the ball to the nets twice with Farouk Miya in the 14th and 17th minutes. Starting the second half fast, Giresunspor reduced the gap to 1 with the goal of Rijad Bajic in the 47th minute. The match ended with the 2-1 advantage of Çaykur Rizespor.
Giresunspor will host Adana Demirspor on Sunday, August 7, 2022, at 19.15 in the first week of the Super League.
