There was a stabbing at the Sportlaan in Groningen around half past three on Thursday afternoon. One person was injured in this.
The stabbing took place at a sheltered home of Maartenshof. The victim was treated by paramedics at a home and then taken to hospital.
Police have arrested a man in the area. A knife was also found. An investigation must show what role this suspect played in the stabbing incident.
