Mr. M. (Melvin) RT Pauwels becomes advocate general in the tax law section of the public prosecutor’s office at the Supreme Court of the Netherlands. The Council of Ministers has approved the nomination for appointment on the proposal of Minister Weerwind for Legal Protection.
mr. Pauwels is a counselor at the Court of Appeal of ‘s-Hertogenbosch and has worked as a judge in the court of Zeeland-West-Brabant in recent years. The appointment will take effect on January 1, 2023.
