The social service Twitter has crashed after 15:00 Finnish time. Downdetector website by problems have been reported in different parts of the world. More than 1,300 problem reports have been submitted to the website from Finland during the afternoon.
More than 50,000 users worldwide have reported problems to the site. Problems have been reported not only in Finland, but also in Britain, Mexico, Brazil and Italy, among others.
The page appears empty when loading and prompts to reload. According to the news agency Reuters, Twitter itself has not commented on the matter in any way so far.
The social service crashed just days after the social media giant announced that it would challenge the businessman Elon Musk’s to the court after he withdrew from the Twitter purchase.
A similar larger outage happened last time in February.
