The Dutch football players have booked their first victory in the second game at the European Championship in England. The formation of national coach Mark Parsons defeated Portugal 3-2. The chances of reaching the next round have thus increased considerably.
The Netherlands had drawn against Sweden in the first match. There will be another group match against Switzerland, which lost to Sweden earlier in the day.
Van de Donk scores the winning
The Netherlands initially gave away a 2-0 lead against Portugal. After more than an hour, however, Daniëlle van de Donk took care of the redeeming 3-2.
