Second division soccer team Darmstadt 98 has secured the services of Swedish center forward Oscar Vilhelmsson. As the Hessians announced on Tuesday, the 18-year-old is moving from the Swedish first division club IFK Göteborg to the Lilien. In Darmstadt, Vilhelmsson received a contract until 2026.
“I deliberately chose Darmstadt 98 because I think the club is a great place to go abroad. There’s a family atmosphere here and the conditions are great,” said Vilhelmsson.
