World footballer Robert Lewandowski, who is willing to emigrate, appeared on Tuesday morning as planned for the performance test at record champions Bayern Munich.
Shortly after nine o’clock, the Polish star striker was driven up to the Barmherzige Brüder hospital in the Nymphenburg district in a green luxury car. National players Manuel Neuer, Thomas Müller and Leroy Sané had already appeared before him.
Barcelona increase offer
It has been discussed for days how Lewandowski will deal with this mandatory appointment. The 33-year-old is drawn to FC Barcelona, who now want to increase their offer to 50 million euros plus bonuses. From this sum, the record champions are willing to negotiate, reports pay TV broadcaster Sky.
As the Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” reported, Barcelona are confident of reaching an agreement with Bayern this week.
Lewandowski, who is still under contract with FC Bayern until 2023, arrived in Munich on Monday evening after his vacation.
