At the eight o’clock news juicy quotes were shown from leaked emails sent within the taxi company Uber about Neelie Kroes. The sentence that stood out to me the most was this: ‘What do we want Neelie to do next?’
At the time, Neelie did not receive this e-mail, because otherwise it would have said ‘you’ and not ‘Neelie’, but now she has of course seen it, and I suspect she is not happy with that tone. Neelie is a powerhouse, who is at the helm herself. Then it is extremely irritating when such a bunch of taxi boys are discussing internally how they can use you, as a kind of pawn. Neelie isn’t deployed, Neelie deploys herself.
Apart from this, it also seems very annoying to me that with a name like Neelie you can never claim that there has been a mistake, that a different Neelie must have been meant. Because there is only one Neelie.
