Christopher Jullien (Celtic Glasgow) will probably not be transferred to FC Schalke 04. This was reported by various media on Thursday. According to information from the TV broadcaster Sport1, it was not possible to agree on a contract.
The 29-year-old defender is said to have already completed the medical check at the Bundesliga club. Schalke had basically agreed with the traditional Scottish club on a loan deal with an option for the former Freiburg player.
The district club declined to comment on the matter.
