Kevin Mbabu could leave VfL Wolfsburg in the summer despite the current contract until 2023. As Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth reports that Fulham FC is courting the services of the 27-year-old right-back. The “Cottagers”, who will play first class again next year, have made an offer of 10 million euros. A response from the “wolves” is pending.

Mbabu switched from BSC Young Boys to Wolfsburg in 2019 for EUR 9.2 million, since then the Swiss international has made 82 appearances, three goals and five assists. In the past few weeks, the professional has already been associated with a farewell. Appropriately, published the “Picture” a cross-off list that also includes the name Mbabu – alongside, among others, Marin Pongracic, Josuha Guilavogui, Elvis Rexhbecaj, Felix Nmecha and Omar Marmoush.
Petrov, De Bruyne & Co.: The most expensive sales of VfL Wolfsburg
“We want to work with 22 field players plus the goalkeepers, everything else will be too much,” the new head coach Niko Kovac is quoted as saying. With Nuremberg’s Kilian Fischer (21), VfL has already brought in a potential successor to Mbabu, whose market value is estimated at 9 million euros.
