After weeks of fierce fighting and bombing, the Russians have taken full control of the strategic Ukrainian city of Shevyerodonetsk, Mayor Oleksandr Stryuk reported. “The city is now completely occupied by Russia. They are trying to establish their own administration, as far as I know they have appointed some sort of commander,” Strjoek said on national television.
