Plans for fan-favorite Jon Snow’s spin-off show seem to be getting more concrete. Game Of Thrones writer George RR Martin announced on his blog that the series’ working title is Snow.
“Yes, a Jon Snow series is in the works,” wrote the 73-year-old writer. In the post on his website, he also confirmed statements made by Emilia Clarke in a BBC interview. Not surprisingly, Jon Snow actor Kit Harrington had the idea for the series. He approached the team and said he could envision a spin-off show for the character.
Martin revealed that the show has been in the works for some time. “For some reason,” the news wasn’t announced or leaked until recently. “Snow” is not the only “Game Of Thrones” spin-off series.
House Of The Dragon out August
House Of The Dragon is coming soon. The series takes place 200 years before the events of “Game Of Thrones” and tells the story of the House of Targaryen. HBO recently released a new promo poster.
The 10-episode Game of Thrones prequel series will be available on-demand on Sky Q on the night of August 22 and will be available on Sky Atlantic on the evening of August 22 at 8:15 p.m. The series is expected to be available immediately in German and in the original version. Former “Doctor Who” Matt Smith stars in the lead role.
