Secret plans found on dead Russian officer: “He had to be in Kiev within 12 hours”

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov claims Putin expected a quick victory. Written military orders were found on a dead Russian officer on the first day of the raid, he told CNN. It read that the Russians thought it would take only 12 hours to take over Kiev. Meanwhile, Ukraine has been holding out for four months, despite the many victims.
