Nadal has a lot of records to his name, but he is not the oldest Roland Garros winner ever. That record is currently held by his compatriot Andrés Gimeno, who triumphed in Paris in 1972 at the age of 34. Nadal turned 36 this week and takes over that record with today’s win.
