The front to which the title refers is that of the conflict between poverty and well-being, between humanity and inhumanity.

A journey that lasted 4 years
The film touches on four cities: Milan, Aosta, Turin, Palermo, which become as many chapters of a journey in search of open fronts in Italy. There school, an institution that struggles to produce an idea of the future; the failure of a grandiose project industrial; islands of well-being that they discover with astonishment how radically reality has changed. Meetings with men and women slipped into territories devoid of certainty, which require reflections on the ways and limits of the narrative.
