The long-awaited Rammstein European tour is scheduled to begin on May 15 at Letňany Airport in Prague. The French fan site “Rammstein World” has now announced that a rehearsal concert was played in front of a few hundred people in the Czech capital on Wednesday evening (May 11). The show’s setlist is below.
Setlist includes classics and new titles
The rehearsal concert also coincided with the birthday of Rammstein drummer Christoph Schneider. It was opened with “Armee der Tristen”, which also acts as an opener on the new album ZEIT. After that, the Neue-Deutsche-Härte-Group played “Zick Zack”, another new song, which was dedicated to a marketing campaign with its own magazine. With “Sehnsucht” the band brought out a classic from 1997 and then performed other songs from previous years, such as “Puppe” and “Diamant”.
Rammstein also performed a live version of the controversial “Deutschland” and the fans didn’t have to ask for “Du hast” either. The show was appropriately closed with “Adieu”, a title that also comes from the new long player.
