FOOTBALL – ACV secured another season in the Third Division this afternoon. The team of trainer Fred de Boer defeated relegation candidate VVOG 3-1 and can even look seriously up. The post-competition can just become a realistic goal.
In the 2nd division J, leader DZOH again made no mistake and LTC won against neighbor Achilles in 1894, which means that the post-competition beckons for that club as well.
In the 4th class D, Borger won, but also WVV. The team from Winschoten thus retains the best papers for the title.
In the fifth division F, the title fight remains extremely exciting due to the victories of the top 3: SETA, NWVV and Scheemda. In the fifth division G, MSC came one step closer to the championship. Next week, the black and white can unofficially become champions if they beat SVBS’77.
