A person was found seriously injured on the street in Pluimerstraat in Groningen on Wednesday evening. The victim is believed to have been stabbed.
The police have cordoned off the area. According to witnesses in the street, two people jumped from a balcony, who would be involved in the incident. They have fled.
The injured person was rushed to a hospital.
