Managing director Nico Heinemann leaves the Viennese fashion retailer Steffl.
At the request of FashionUnited, Steffl said that he left the company “for personal reasons” at the end of April. The specialist magazine Textilwirtschaft had previously reported on the personnel. Heinemann’s area of responsibility will be taken over by Steffl Managing Director Freddy Schmid. Schmid is now also responsible for the areas of purchasing and sales as well as “the development of the digital presence and the strategic orientation of the company”.
Heinemann joined Steffl in January 2020, according to his Linkedin profile. Before that, he was an associate partner at the IT company Better Decisions Group. He was also active as Managing Director for the Berlin luxury department store KaDeWe and as Commercial Director at Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf.
