In its annual report on the anatomy of work, Asana, a work management platform, analyzed the behavior of 10,000 knowledge workers worldwide, including 1,501 in France. Adapt the work environment to the activity and the needs of each

The last two years have forced companies to completely rethink the way they work. They had to familiarize themselves with telework, then hybrid work. Despite everything, the Asana white paper reveals that French employees prefer to go to the office for collaborative tasks, welcoming new employees or training and professional development. 55% of them see the office as a place of discussion. Nevertheless, 46% claim to have a greater ability to concentrate at home. 58% of employees prefer to take a hybrid approach.

For companies, the challenge is to succeed in offering the right environment according to the desires and activities of their employees. To do this, they must give themselves the means to gain in agility and adaptability, in particular by adopting an optimized and perfectly coordinated approach, with clearly framed tasks, actions and environments.
