The businessman who has been convicted of stalking and deliberately hitting Ilse De Meulemeester will appeal. Jacobus ‘Koos’ Perdaems (65), who also owns the legendary Antwerp snack bar Number One, says he was convicted on the basis of an incomplete file. “Deputy Public Prosecutor Christian Nys has manipulated the investigation to give Ilse De Meulemeester and her ex Glenn Janssens a free retreat. I am not a stalker, I am a victim of extortion and corruption.”
