After the great controversy about biomass, a new sustainability riot is in the air. Minister Rob Jetten (Climate) reserves billions in subsidy for the capture and pumping of CO2 under the North Sea bed. He calls this technique, called CCS, necessary to achieve the climate goals. But don’t we just slide our waste under the tablecloth?
