Participant willingness for further treatment is high: about 95.5% of eligible participants—over 1,250 individuals—have opted for an open-extension study expected to conclude in July 2027.

Topline results with initial key insights on efficacy and safety are expected later this year. The detailed presentation is planned for the “Clinical Trials on Alzheimer’s Disease” (CTAD) conference, starting on November 16, 2026, in Boston.

Before that, the datasets must be comprehensively validated and cleaned. Statistical analyses can only commence after the final database lock—they are the foundation for subsequent approval processes.

New Alliances and Improved Diagnostics

In addition to clinical advances, AriBio is expanding its research. On July 27, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with ForeverNK to co-develop immuno-neural convergence therapies—a combination of central nervous system drugs and NK cell therapies.
