Since late June, GTA 6 has been available for pre-order on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S and X. The starting price has been set at €80, with a more expensive Ultimate version offering additional extras. Amazon is also starting to list bundle packages with consoles and the game.

€79.99 for the Standard Version

According to Rockstar, the base game of Grand Theft Auto 6 will launch at a price of €79.99. Additionally, there will be an Ultimate version available for €99.99, which includes some exclusive content, like a selection of premium vehicles, weapons, and clothing. However, there won’t be any physical extras included.

Strangely enough, the physical edition will not actually contain a physical disc; instead, it will only include a code that can be redeemed in the respective store. Thus, it is essentially an empty box, intriguing only for collectors. Reports from retailers in the U.S. indicate disappointing pre-order numbers, while online stores are seeing significant interest.

For those who initially purchase the base version but wish to upgrade to the Ultimate version later, an upgrade package is available for €20.

Bundle with Xbox at Amazon

Amazon has started offering the first console bundles that include GTA 6. However, the game is only available in combination with an Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X for €418 (buy here) or €598 (buy here), respectively. Be aware that these bundles have been curated by Amazon, not by Microsoft or Rockstar Games.

You can save money on the Series X bundle, as it includes a refurbished console. Keep in mind that delivery will only occur on November 12, the day of the GTA 6 release, so the console will not arrive beforehand.

Pre-orders Available Now

Those who pre-order the game will benefit from early-bird bonuses. Pre-order customers will receive the “Vintage Vice City Pack,” a collection of items reminiscent of the era when neon lights shone the brightest. Additionally, there’s a free month of GTA+ on offer—just remember to cancel the subscription, as it will auto-renew otherwise. The pre-load for pre-order customers starts on November 12, one week before the release. Pre-orders are currently available via Amazon, MediaMarkt, and others.

GTA 6: One of the Most Anticipated Games of 2026

The sequel to GTA 5 is among the most awaited games of recent years and is expected to be one of the largest game launches of the year, regardless of the final price.

Pass the Time Until Launch: Buy Games Cheaper on Prime Day

If you’re looking to ease the wait for GTA 6, it might be worth checking out the current deals on Amazon. There, you can find several games at discounted prices, particularly for PS5 and Xbox Series S and X, alongside smart home devices and smartphones.

GTA 5 is currently available for under €15, while the new Resident Evil Requiem is reduced to €59. The highly acclaimed Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is available for just €45.
