Noel Aseko’s future remains uncertain. Despite recent speculation regarding a transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt, current reports suggest that the deal is far from finalized.

Just days ago, Aseko returned to Bayern Munich following a successful loan spell at Hannover 96. The 20-year-old midfielder could potentially leave the club again this summer, with rumors swirling around a move to Eintracht Frankfurt.

While several media outlets previously reported that the transfer was a done deal, it appears that discussions are still ongoing.

Unresolved Agreements Between Player and Clubs

According to reports from Abendzeitung München, Aseko has not yet committed to a move to Eintracht Frankfurt. The club has allegedly offered the German U21 international a contract until 2030, with an option for an additional year. However, the player has yet to respond affirmatively.

Furthermore, there are still unresolved issues between Bayern Munich and Eintracht Frankfurt. Bayern is reportedly demanding a transfer fee of up to 15 million euros. A potential buy-back clause, which the Munich club has included in agreements for other young talents, is reportedly not on the table at this stage.

Interest from Other Clubs

Aseko’s impressive season at Hannover has drawn interest from various clubs, which is not surprising. His market value has now risen to approximately twelve million euros.

His high work rate and aggressive playing style made him a key player for Hannover, and he even debuted for the German U21 national team last September.

Beyond Eintracht Frankfurt, foreign clubs including AS Roma and Hull City are reportedly monitoring Aseko’s situation.

Possibility of Staying at Bayern Munich

Despite the surrounding speculation, it is not entirely ruled out that Aseko could remain at Bayern Munich. Coach Vincent Kompany is said to appreciate the qualities of the defensive midfielder. With Leon Goretzka’s departure, additional opportunities may open up for Aseko in central midfield.

As it stands, the future of Noel Aseko is still wide open. Whether the young talent will sign with Frankfurt, move abroad, or get another chance at Bayern Munich is likely to become clearer in the coming weeks.
