Schalke: Sidi Sané gets a chance in training – “You don’t like to let go of good players”

Sidi Sané, national player Leroy’s brother who is seven years his junior, is currently training with the pros from second-division leaders FC Schalke 04. “We wanted to give Sidi the opportunity to get a taste of what we do,” said coach Mike Büskens about the youngster, who played in the will be 19 next week: “We all know that his path has not been easy in recent years because he has been paved by a number of injuries. Sané’s working paper is currently only dated to June 30th. “We will monitor the situation closely. You don’t like to let a good player go, but we don’t let ourselves be put under pressure.” Sané is not yet an option for the squad on Sunday at Darmstadt 98.
