The Public Prosecution Service (OM) showed on Thursday how Youssef T. and Ridouan T. communicated secretly with each other in the strictest prison in the Netherlands. According to the Public Prosecution Service, the recordings provide insight into which serious facts have taken place in the Extra Secure Institution (EBI) in Vught where Ridouan T. is detained.
