Missing French lotto winner of 13 million has until 11.59 pm today to report

A winner of no less than 13 million euros in the French Super Loto has still not reported. The lucky winner, who bought his ticket in the Orne department in Normandy, has until 11.59pm today to claim his winnings. The huge amount then disappears back into the prize pool.
