The price of an existing owner-occupied home rose slightly faster last month than a month earlier. The Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) reports this based on figures from the Land Registry. An existing owner-occupied home was on average 4.4 percent more expensive in May than in the same period a year earlier. In April, prices rose by 4.3 percent compared to the same month in 2025.
