The police raided at least two addresses in Veldhoven early on Monday morning. At least one man was taken away in handcuffs.
Around six o’clock an arrest team entered a house on Spica with a lot of noise. Behind that house, an officer on a staircase kept an eye on whether anyone tried to flee.
It has not been released whether any arrests have been made here. The same applies to details about the investigation in which the raids took place.
Cygnuserf
The second police raid took place at the Cygnuserf. A man was taken from the house and handcuffed.
The police carried out this raid around the same time as the raid on Spica. The East Brabant police team received support from a second team from the Zeeland-West Brabant police region.
Here too, officers forced the door with special tools, after which the arrest team entered the house.
