In his performance A Form of Loneliness, Thijs Römer speaks for the first time about his time in prison as a convicted sex offender. In sometimes oppressive scenes he makes it clear that he is aware of his guilt. “I sent messages that were absolutely unacceptable. I was guilty of inappropriate behavior. I realize that. That is our system. And that system is correct.”
