According to information, Ao Tanaka remains the “Bild” newspaper also beyond the end of the season at Fortuna Düsseldorf. The second division team is therefore opting to buy the Japanese national player loaned by Kawasaki Frontale.
The permanent commitment of the 23-year-old, who joined Fortuna last summer for a loan fee of 100,000 euros, is said to cost Düsseldorf 1 million euros. Tanaka has not yet fully asserted itself at Fortuna, has played 1,434 minutes in 25 games for F95 and was directly involved in two goals.
