Fireworks, flags and honking cars: large groups of fans took to the streets in The Hague and Rotterdam after Morocco’s win

Morocco is almost certain of a place in the knockout phase of the 2026 World Cup. After the 1-0 win over Scotland, Moroccan Dutch people took to the streets in several major cities last night to celebrate. In Rotterdam and The Hague, among others, groups of supporters set off fireworks and cars drove around honking their horns.
