Sweden’s King Kaarle Kustaa and Silvia got married on June 19, 1976, with which Silvia became queen.

In Stockholm, the 50th anniversary of the marriage of King Kaarle Kusta and Queen Silvia was celebrated on Saturday, June 13. The actual 50th wedding anniversary fell on Midsummer, so the celebration was brought early.

Crown Princess Victoria and her husband Daniel’s wedding day is also June 19.

An exhibition was opened in the Drottningholm Castle Theater, which displays the outfits worn by the queen over a period of 50 years. In the theater, you can see his costumes up close over the years.
