American city pumps 25 million dollars into ‘World Cup prison’, but construction is not completed on time

In the run-up to the World Cup, Kansas City thoroughly prepared its public facilities for the influx of fans. To quickly arrest rioters during the tournament, the American city allocated no less than 25 million dollars for a temporary prison.
