Rush on training for shortage professions, but 1 in 3 does not use their diploma: “Labor market is cooling down”

The good news? More and more Flemish job seekers are retraining for a bottleneck profession. The bad news? Once they have their diploma, they work less and less in that sector. This is evident from figures that CD&V requested from Flemish Minister of Labor Zuhal Demir (N-VA). How come?
