A Russian artist and outspoken critic of President Vladimir Putin has been shot dead in eastern Poland. The Polish police reported this on Monday. The 44-year-old man was probably the victim of a targeted attack in the town of Biała Podlaska, about 35 kilometers from the border with Belarus.
