A person was injured on Monday evening in a possible stabbing in Bergen op Zoom. A woman has been arrested. The conflict took place at Spanjestraat and the intersection with the San Marinopad.
A police spokesperson said that the injuries appear to be minor and that it is not yet clear whether a stabbing actually occurred. “We are investigating what exactly happened and what type of criminal offense was committed.”
A woman was taken to the police station for questioning. Witnesses are also interviewed by the police.
The police have not yet announced whether the victim is a man or a woman.
