Ebola outbreak more serious than thought due to lack of clean water, Oxfam fears

Only one in five health centers in the Congolese province of Ituri, where the Ebola virus is once again rampant, has clean water. This was evident from findings by Oxfam on Tuesday. The human rights organization is therefore very concerned about the health situation in the region – access to clean water is essential to prevent the spread of the virus – and fears that the scale of the epidemic is being underestimated.
