French singer Patrick Bruel has again been accused of sexual abuse. Two women have filed a complaint against him, the French news agency AFP reported on Saturday. Bruel was charged earlier this week with rape, attempted rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment.
One of the women accuses the 67-year-old singer of attempted rape and sexual assault during a film festival on La Réunion in 2007. This was announced by the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Nanterre and her lawyer Jade Dousselin. The second woman claims that Bruel raped and sexually assaulted her in 2012, the same sources said.
The singer, known for the song ‘Casser la voix’, among others, says he has done nothing wrong and is innocent.
