Every day the participants depart from the Grote Kerk in Alkmaar. There are five different distances: 10, 15, 20, 25 and 40 kilometers.
Don’t miss anything at NH
During the first three days, NH makes an atmospheric compilation of approximately four minutes for television and the website. There’s even a 12-minute compilation of the grand final on Saturday. The walkers will then receive a grand welcome at Waagplein.
In addition, the walkers of the 4 of Alkmaar receive moral support from the radio makers of NH on Friday. The studio will be transferred to Alkmaar for the occasion. To properly reflect the atmosphere during the walking tour in Alkmaar, NH will report live from the cheese city that day. The broadcast can be followed all day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on radio, TV and online.
