Ferrari team manager Fred Vasseur has been hospitalized in the middle of the race weekend in Monaco.
Ferrari informs that the 58-year-old team manager will be sidelined from the Saturday of the Monaco F1 race weekend.
Based on the release, Vasseur has not been “rushed to the hospital”, as the most sensitive media have reported.
– After medical examinations, Fred will remain under observation at a local medical facility. More detailed information about his health will not be disclosed, Ferrari informs.
On Friday, Vasseur followed the F1 races at the Monaco circuit. Ferrari announced the team manager’s trip to the hospital this morning.
Ferrari’s pace was on point in Saturday’s free practice. Charles Leclerc was second and Lewis Hamilton third fastest.
