Agustina, how did you start with your current activity?
When I look back, I feel like my journey into coaching with horses started long before I knew it. I grew up in a family linked to the countryside, although for many years my professional life took another path.

And how did you find that path?
My first approach to human development was through ontological coaching. I trained, studied and found very valuable tools, but over time I understood that I needed to go beyond conversation. I was looking for a more experiential experience, capable of generating awareness from a genuine, immediate and deeply human place.

So…?
That’s when I discovered coaching with horses. It came into my life through my husband and from the first contact I understood that there was something different in that methodology. I decided to get certified. I was struck by the horse’s sensitivity, its ability to perceive emotions, tensions, leadership, insecurity and coherence without the need for words. What moves me most about this work is seeing how, in a very short time, people become aware of things that perhaps they had been holding for years.

And so you started to dedicate yourself fully, was it difficult?
Taking the step towards an independent project was an intuitive decision, driven by the conviction that these types of experiences could generate real transformations in people. The fact of having my own field allowed me to begin developing my first experiences in Maipú, province of Buenos Aires, and then expand the proposal to Escobar, and the Equestrian Center of San Isidro, bringing this work closer to more people.

How do you carry out the activity and what can you offer?
Today I accompany coaching processes with horses and constellations assisted with horses, both individual and group. I work especially on issues related to leadership, communication, emotional management, trust and personal development. The most valuable thing about this process is that the horse functions as an immediate emotional mirror: it responds to the person’s internal state and allows patterns, blockages and ways of bonding that often go unnoticed in other spaces to appear, very clearly.
In a context where companies face more and more challenges, these experiences offer a different and deeply effective way of working on people development.

What are your professional plans for the remainder of 2026?
This year, my focus is on accompanying leaders, entrepreneurs and work teams who seek to develop more conscious communication, authentic leadership and healthier bonds within companies.

Finally: a reflection on the path traveled?
I feel that coaching with horses came into my life to unite two worlds that were always present in me: the countryside and human development. And today, transforming that connection into learning and growth experiences for others is also a way of honoring my own story.
