This year’s anniversary tour of the Toten Hosen is very popular: For this reason, the Großpösna show was moved to the Leipzig festival grounds. Another date in Flensburg has been added to the list and the Berlin show at Tempelhof Airport is already sold out.
All information about the current updates can be found here:
Leipzig – 09.07.2022 | relocation
Due to the high demand, the concert will be moved from Großpösna to the Festwiese in Leipzig. All tickets already purchased remain valid and new tickets can be purchased via the Band’s website as well as at all other well-known advance booking offices.
The Toten Hosen are already looking forward to the concert and would like to think back to their show on the Festwiese in 2015. They would also remember a “wild after-show party”. “It’s no secret that Leipzig has become something of a second home for us. That’s why we’re all the more pleased to have the opportunity to spend an evening with friends in this special place again!”
In addition to Hosen, Feine Sahne Fischfilet, Thees Uhlmann & Band and Tim Vantol will also perform.
Flensburg – 07.06.2022 | Additional appointment
The tour will now begin in Flensburg and not in Cologne as originally thought. The appointment was recently added. Tickets for the start of the tour in the north are available from Wednesday (April 13) at 10:00 a.m. exclusively at the Band’s website available. Team Scheisse will support Toten Hosen on stage in Flensburg.
Berlin – 08/20/2022 | Sold out
The event in Berlin is sold out. The concert cannot be moved to a larger location. “Apart from the usual wild after-show party in Berlin, we are particularly looking forward to an official demolition with many friends in front of a record crowd,” say Toten Hosen about the upcoming concert at Tempelhof Airport. Feine Sahne Fischfilet and other guests will be there as support acts for this show.
Last week, the five Düsseldorfers re-released the hit “Wort zum Sonntag” for their band’s birthday. For her, the song is the “creed” of the Toten Hosen. The music video for the track shows footage from the early years of the band and looks back on 40 years of history.
To celebrate the anniversary, a retrospective entitled “Everything out of love: 40 years of Die Toten Hosen” is to be published in May. This will contain both classics of the band, as well as new recordings and even seven completely new titles.
The current single “Scheiss Wessis” was released in March in a joint project with rapper Marteria.
