Jada Borsato shared an update on Instagram after she and her mother Leontine Ruiters were involved in a car accident on the Spanish island of Ibiza last week. On Instagram she says that she is doing well ‘under the circumstances’.
“We are so grateful for all the lovely people around us and for every day that you learn not to take for granted thanks to such an event,” writes Jada. In the post, she shares a photo from a hospital bed and gives her a thumbs up.
Earlier this week it was announced that the two had already been released from the hospital.
Marco Borsato’s daughter and ex-wife were in a taxi that collided head-on with a motorist who had ended up on the wrong side of the road. The two had to go to a hospital after the accident. Leontine was left with bruised ribs as a result.
